SelectData™ maintains a strong Corporate Compliance Plan that houses a Committee that meets routinely, annually reviews policies and procedures, as well as is proactive in response to industry updates and requirements. In addition, an annual detailed Risk Analysis is conducted Company wide. This is in addition to daily, monthly, and quarterly risk and quality reviews.

SelectData™ employs an internal coding auditor who not only monitors coder performance and accuracy on a monthly basis but has scheduled audits of clients to be certain SelectData™ maintains the expected coding proficiency.

All coders employed complete a rigid orientation that includes 1:1 coaching for the initial weeks with 100% coding reviewed. As SelectData™ is assured of proficiency that percentage of oversight is reduced accordingly. If, upon review errors are noted, the coder is placed on coding review until learning is assured.
