Pam Hernandez has over 20 years experience in the home health care industry. Pam has been with Select Data for 15 years and has held numerous positions including Client Services Representative, Project Manager, Director of Client Management and is currently Vice President of Client Management. |
| Pam is instrumental in the successful implementation and training of new applications, software and services for Select Data client partners and Select Data staff. Pam is responsible for the development of training materials, written policies and procedures, the online Select Data Users Manual and works closely with clients to ensure successful outcomes. Prior to joining Select Data Pam worked in home health care management for Kimberly Quality Care. Previously Pam served for 12 years as Vice President of Directors Life Insurance Company, a health and disability insurance company, where she managed the Claims, Customer Service and Human Resources departments. Pam attended the University of Minnesota with a major in Elementary Education.
